What we collect
When you sign in: email and name (via Amazon Cognito). Questionnaire answers, profile weights, trip plans and feedback. For payments only the transaction ID, amount and status — card and bank details are never stored by us (processed by QPay and Stripe). Without an account, answers stay in your browser only.
How we use it
To make recommendations, save your plans, check paid access and improve the service (anonymous statistics). For AI itineraries, trip conditions (place, month, days, number of travellers) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API; your email and name are not. Price checks send anonymous details such as dates and party size to flight and hotel price providers.
Storage & deletion
Data is stored encrypted on AWS. You can download your data or permanently delete your account on the Account page.
