Holidays
- Naadam: 11–15 July in the Labour Law (10–15 in the Public Holidays Law); in 2025 the government made it 10–17 July. In 2027 the 11th is a Sunday: watch for the government's resolution.
- Tsagaan Sar 2027: the first day is 7 February (bitüün on the 6th), computed from the lunar calendar; the official decision comes later. Shiliin Bogd at sunrise is a Tsagaan Sar tradition.
- Camps near Ulaanbaatar can be full months ahead for Naadam week: book early.
